A small engagement to find out whether outside statistical support helps your workflow. Share a description first; materials and scope come later.
What you bring
- One existing report, up to five pages.
- One authorized, non-sensitive aggregate CSV, up to 5,000 rows and 30 columns.
- One question the report needs to answer.
What you receive
- A data-quality check and findings memo, up to two pages.
- Up to three descriptive charts, when relevant to the agreed question.
- Reproducible output where feasible within the agreed scope.
- A 30-minute handoff and one clarification round, up to 30 minutes.
Clear boundaries, agreed first.
The pilot is capped at four total consulting hours, including review, preparation, calls and clarification. I check feasibility before accepting payment.
Delivery is within 10 business days after scope acceptance, payment and complete materials. A new question or extra work needs a separate quote.
Video tagging, live feeds, new predictive models and tactical recommendations are outside this pilot.
